Product Accuracy and Quality Checks

We strive to make our product listings as accurate and detailed as possible. All orders undergo multi-layer quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

Exchange Policy

Exchange Eligibility

·         Domestic Orders Only: Exchanges are applicable only for orders delivered within India.

·         Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, and must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.

·         Exclusions: Accessories (such as jewelry), home décor items, and final sale items are non-exchangeable unless received in a defective condition.

·         We do not accept exchange requests for minor colour differences or fabric variations due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.

·         Time Frame: Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Process

·         Request Submission: Please contact us within the specified time frame via email or call us at +91 9899 666 377. You may also submit your request through our website portal.

·         Reverse Pickup: Once the exchange request is approved and applicable fees (if any) are paid, our team will arrange a reverse pickup within working days.

·         Self-Shipping (Optional): If you choose to ship the product yourself, our team will share the return address. Kindly use a reliable courier service and share the AWB number, courier company name, and Proof of Delivery (POD) via email. We are not responsible for any loss during transit.

·         Quality Inspection & Dispatch: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement (size/product) within 7–10 working days.

o    Only one exchange per order is allowed.

o    If the requested size is unavailable, a Credit Note will be issued for the item value.

Refund Policy

·         No Returns or Refunds: We do not offer returns or refunds once products are sold and delivered.

·         Sale Items: Products marked as ‘Sale’ or purchased using discount codes are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellations

·         Prepaid and COD Orders: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

Onto By Aanchal Cancellations

·         Reasons: Orders may be cancelled due to unavailability of materials, incorrect product listings, or suspected fraudulent transactions.

·         Refunds: For prepaid orders cancelled by Onto By Aanchal, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method or registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.
