RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not provide refund on the goods sold on https://ontobyaanchal.com. Goods once sold through the website can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. We accept only exchanges and provide store credit on items (except reduced/discounted or sale items) that are in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered or unwashed) within 48 hours of receiving your order.
If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will refund the money happily once the garment reaches us back. All returned items will be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Products eligible for replacement or exchange should reach back to us within 7 days of delivery.
